I wanted to tell you something about James Clear. I signed up for his mailing list in 2015. In April 2017, I took a course in Tiny Habits from the Tiny Habits Academy (still online). "In December 2011, the Tiny Habits® method was created by Stanford University-based Researcher Dr. BJ Fogg as a new way to effectively and easily create new habits by tapping the power of environment + baby steps." Also in April 2017, James Clear offered a course in Small Habits based on the Tiny Habits method. I took Clear's course in 2017 for 3 payments of $79. It was clearly derived from Fogg's work. So, in that sense, you could easily know Atomic Habits without reading it...it is not an original concept, but rather a skillfully marketed version of others' work. I share your dislike of him, but to his credit he waived the last payment of $79 because I suffered a traumatic brain injury when I was run off the road by an underage driver in a stolen car. The course that Clear offered has been erased from the internet, so you will just have to rely on my word though I still have the emails from the course and receipts. Clear originally wrote long form essays, which I occasionally responded to. When he sent out his first experimental 3-2-1 email, I wrote to him and said that it was the way he should go in the future. Apparently, he took my advice.
And, as I can be a nosy parker, I have some advice for you. Don't use "couch potato" (easy) words, use words that come out punching. Keep up the kindness. I liked it.

I used to read James Clear’s long form essays. They used to be good before things changed and he succumbed to the world of content.
As I’ve said many times in early episodes, I don’t hate James Clear. I hate everything he stands for and what that world has become.
Every episode is a kindness. Just a different kind 😀
I dont understand whats happening please
You're welcome
